New ramen shops listed in the “Michelin Guide Tokyo 2025”!

The “Michelin Guide Tokyo 2025” was released last October.
Three shops are listed for the first time in the “2025 edition.”

The first two are relatively new, opening in 2023, but the third, “Goryokaku”, was founded in 2015 and has finally seen the light of day. The taste has not changed suddenly, and it has been popular among enthusiasts for a long time. It is interesting to see local ramen in Tokyo come into the spotlight.

The following are the shops that have been featured continuously.

●3 consecutive years:
Sasaki Seimenjo(佐々木製麺所), Iruka TOKYO(入鹿TOKYO), Haruchan Ramen(はるちゃんラーメン).

Chinese Noodles Ginza Hachigo(中華そば銀座八五), Shinjiko Shijimi Chinese Noodles Kohaku(宍道湖しじみ中華蕎麦琥珀).
●6 consecutive years:
Chinese Noodles Kotetsu(中華そばこてつ).
●8 consecutive years:
Homemade Ramen Muginae(Homemade Ramen 麦苗), Yakumo(八雲).
●10 consecutive years: Creative Menkobo Naruryu(創作麺工房鳴龍).
●11 consecutive years:
SOBAHOUSE Konjiki Hototogisu(SOBAHOUSE 金色不如帰),
Ramen Shop Toy Box(ラーメン屋トイ・ボックス).

Still mostly clear soup.
