My favorite shop where I ate 9 times a year has opened in Tokyo / “Daruma Taishi Mugen(だるま大使 無限)”, a Hakata-style ultra-thin noodle with just the right amount of rich soup, opens in Shimokitazawa

There is a popular tonkotsu ramen shop in Takasaki City, Gunma Prefecture called Daruma Taishi. Founded in 1993.
I went to eat there for the first time in May 1998. It was around that time that it became popular and lines started forming. After having two drinks at Fujioka in Gunma, I had three meals in a row at Daruma Taishi. I believe it was my first experience eating three meals in a row in a local area. Of course, each taste was different, but I was surprised at how delicious they all were. That’s why I had three meals in a row.
