Yamagata City, Yamagata Prefecture, has returned to Japan’s top spot for the first time in two years in terms of spending on eating out for ramen in 2022, making it big news. There are many different kinds of ramen available all over the country, and many people probably have their favorite restaurants.

Therefore, from February 16th to February 23rd, 2023, the Netorabo Research Team conducted a survey asking, “Which prefecture has really good ramen?”
